Thank you for the detailed quote, your company will meet our needs. You’ve got to do something about your automated appointment services. I made the appointment by phone call to your office. 5 minutes later someone tried to make a different appointment by text. This occurred 2 additional times. The front desk called me to reschedule for the day after my original appointment. I got a text from Keyshawn basically voiding that phone call, confirming the original appointment. Day of, there was a no-show and I called. The desk told me that Rich was now on his way at that moment. Appointment kept be it 2 hours later than the original day/time established. This was all very confusing and frustrating. Other than that, I’m happy so far.
